High-density industrial waste liquid harmless treatment and comprehensive utilization project Our company has investigated and analyzed the high-concentration industrial hazardous waste liquid pollution factors produced by enterprises in various industries in Hunan Province, and integrated the most advanced and effective high-level at home and abroad. Concentration industrial hazardous waste liquid treatment technology, designed a variety of process treatment technology for high concentration industrial hazardous waste liquid treatment project. Specific treatment processes include: neutralization, degreasing (expensive) metals, decomposing, pressure filtration, degreasing, demulsification, air flotation, high efficiency oxidation, Fenton oxidation, ecological treatment (FBR), sand filtration, silica filtration, carbon Filtration, ultrafiltration, RO, ion exchange and other treatment processes. According to the collected high-density industrial hazardous waste liquid, the workshop firstly detects the pollution factor contained in the industrial waste, and classifies and stores according to the test result, and then adopts the corresponding most effective treatment process according to the characteristics of the pollution factor contained in the waste liquid. Targeted treatment, depending on the actual situation, may be combined with one or more treatment processes to ensure the final discharge of the treated waste liquid.
